AIRPORT DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE
Should be integrated by Airport Business Execs, Chamber of Tourism, Chamber of Commerce, Chamber of Industry, local public authorities with decision making power.
The objective of the ADC is to develop business opportunities (Airside, Terminal, Landside) for the airport by leveraging on stakeholders initiatives and support.
Ideally the ADC should perform along with stakeholders Market Assessments, Tourism Stress Analysis, Industry Reports, Hospitality Quality Reports, and Environmental Impact Studies involving infrastructure development at airport vicinities.
Establish and promote a strong channel of communication between airport authorities and public institutions in regards to commercial development.
AIRPORT DEVELOPMENT COUNSEL
Should be integrated by City Mayors Office, Department of Commerce, Department of Transportation, Port Authority, Airport Authority, Trains Authority, City Tourism Agency, City Infrastructure Agency.
The objective of the CDC is update key stakeholders on city challenges, improvements, new investments initiatives, regulations, and local infrastructure bids. Also request advice on development topics which are natural or complimentary to participating stakeholders.
Another purpose of the CDC is to request official support for permits, tax exemption initiatives, or fast track bureaucracy for new investment opportunities.
Establish and promote a strong channel of communication between the City Mayors Office and all the key stakeholders involved in the city infrastructure development.
